Leah Hansen (Republican Party) is a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 51. She assumed office on August 13, 2025. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.

On June 28, 2025, the Utah County Republican Party appointed Hansen to the Utah House of Representatives District 51 to replace Jefferson Moss.[1]
