A Lebanon City Local Liquor Option question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Warren County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question permitted the Sunday Sale of spirituous liquor by the Patriot Steakhouse and Tavern, operating on Genntown Drive.[1]

“ | Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, or spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Patriot Steakhouse and Tavern, LLC dba The Patriot Steakhouse and Tavern an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of full service restaurant food service at 1525 Genntown Dr., Suite C-1 in this precinct?[1][2] | ” |
