A Lebanon City School Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the Lebanon school district area which is in Warren County.
This measure was approved
- YES 6,245 (50.61%)

- NO 6,094 (49.39%)[1]
This measure sought to add to the current school levy by a rate of 3.78 mills for a further five years in order to continue to help avoid an operations deficit in the school district area.[2]
