Lee Constantine (b. November 6, 1952) is a former Republican member of the Florida State Senate, representing District 22. He served as Mayor of Altamonte Springs in 1981, Deputy Mayor and City Commissioner of Altamonte Springs from 1979 to 1992. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1992 to 2000.

Constantine earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Florida in 1974. His professional experience includes working as a real estate consultant and broker.
