Lee Cooper Jr.
Lee Cooper Jr. was a member of the Oklahoma City Council, representing Ward 7. Cooper assumed office in 2024. Cooper left office on April 29, 2025.
Biography
Prior to his appointment to the city council, Cooper worked as the Ward 7 planning commissioner from 2014 to 2018.[1] In 1987, he began serving as pastor of the Prospect Missionary Baptist Church. He obtained a doctorate of human letters from the University of Virginia at Lynchburg in 2005.[2]
