A Lee County Electrical Aggregation proposition was narrowly approved on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Lee County, which is in Illinois.
This measure authorized the County of Lee to arrange for the supply of electricity to its residents and small businesses in unincorporated portions of the county who do not opt out of the program.[1]
