Marijuana legalization

Mulcahy held a "fine dining cannabis exploration" at his house to acquaint voters with his platform. The goal of the event was to "educate diners on the benefits of marijuana and showcase how marijuana can be incorporated into the fine dining experience." According to the invitation, attendees were required to either take public transportation or have a designated driver. The food was prepared using infused butters and oils on the prepared food. Randy Placeres, the chef preparing the food, assured attendees that it "[was] not a stoner event."[1]
