|Harris County has been my home for over 50 years and I have been involved in community and church activities throughout my life. I graduated from South Texas College of Law where I was part of the National Moot Court Team and also served as an assistance editor for the South Texas Law Review. I received my undergraduate degree from Baylor University with honors.
I have been married to attorney Fred Shuchart for 33 years and we have two adult children and a grandson.- I want to bring efficient and effective management to this Court so that cases and being tried and disposed promptly. The Court must be open and active every week and jury trials and hearing must be conducted continually.
- I will apply the law with consistency so that parties, and their lawyers can make reasonable assessments of the risks or benefits of proceeding to trial.
- I will be fair to each party and ensure that they are treated justly and in accordance with the law without pre-judging cases for an outcome based result.
