Leeland J. Cole-Chu

Leeland J. Cole-Chu is a judge for the New London District Superior Court. He was appointed to the Superior Court by Governor Dan Malloy on January 19, 2012.[1] He was later confirmed by the Senate on February 29, 2012.[2][3][4] His current term expires in 2020.[5]
Education
Cole-Chu received his B.A. degree from Harvard University, his M.A. degree from Occidental College and his law degree (1978) from the University of San Francisco.[6]
Career
Cole-Chu is a partner with the New London firm of Cole-Chu & Cipparone. He has also worked as special counsel to the City of Norwich, general counsel to the Norwich Housing Authority and as a state mediator and arbitrator.[6]
