Leigh Altman
Leigh Altman (Democratic Party) is an at-large member of the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners in North Carolina. She assumed office on December 7, 2020. Her current term ends on December 2, 2026.
Altman (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners in North Carolina. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Leigh Altman received a bachelor's degree from New College of Florida in 1994 and a J.D. from Florida State College of Law in 1997. Her professional experience includes being an attorney. She has been affiliated with the Democratic Women of Mecklenburg County, the Mecklenburg County Democratic Party, the Mecklenburg County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, and Habitat for Humanity, Charlotte.[1]
