Leigh Rosser Wilburn is a former Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 94 from 2014 to December 31, 2015. She resigned because of "unforeseen circumstances" involving her immediate family.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 3, 2014. Leigh Rosser Wilburn defeated Steven Hale and Hal Rounds in the Republican primary.
