Leigha has always had a passion for trash and is excited to be part of the solution to modernizing our municipal solid waste management system, in addition to working for a more just and equitable housing landscape for people living in the Portland Metro area. We're only making more people and they're only making more garbage. - Housing costs are outpacing wages and forcing people who have lived in Portland to leave. We need to take innovative steps to ensure a more just and equitable housing landscape for residents.
- Metro is an amazing organization! It should be a great place to work, too. I want to take the feedback from Metro employees and help to transform Metro into the best employer it can be.
