Leland Cheung
Leland Cheung was a 2016 Democratic candidate for the Second Middlesex District of the Massachusetts State Senate.
Cheung was also a Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts in the 2014 elections.[1]
Biography
Cheung is a member of the Cambridge City Council. He was first elected in 2009. Prior to this role, Cheung worked at a Cambridge-based venture capital firm.[2]

Elections for the Massachusetts State Senate took place in 2016. The primary election took place on September 8, 2016, and the general election was held on November 8, 2016. The candidate filing deadline was June 7, 2016.
Incumbent Patricia Jehlen ran unopposed in the Massachusetts State Senate Second Middlesex District general election.[5][6]
