Biography
Len Turcotte graduated from Portsmouth High School. Turcotte earned an associate degree in architectural engineering from New Hampshire Technical Institute. His career experience includes working as an airline captain with American Airlines, as an investment/wealth advisor, and owning a real estate investment firm.[1][2][3]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Incumbent Dennis Malloy and Jacalyn Cilley were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Len Turcotte and Jenny O. Wilson defeated Devon Claire Boyd and Seamus Casey in the Republican primary. Malloy, Cilley, Turcotte and Wilson faced off in the general election.[8] Cilley and Turcotte defeated incumbent Malloy and Wilson in the general election.[9]
