Lena Buggs
Lena Buggs was the District 4 representative on the Soil And Water Conservation District Board in Ramsey County in Minnesota. She won the seat in 2016.
The Minnesota State Legislature dissolved the soil and water board in the Ramsey Conservation District in June 2018.[1]
Buggs was a Green Party candidate for the District 65A seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives in 2014.
