Lenny Kovalick
Lenny Kovalick was a candidate for Ward 3 representative on the Durham City Council in North Carolina. He was defeated in the primary election on October 10, 2017.
Biography
Kovalick studied as a pediatric nurse practitioner at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a bachelor's degree in public administration from Kutztown University and a master's degree in professional nursing from Wilkes University.[1] At the time of his 2017 run for city council, he was a pediatric nurse practitioner.[2]

Vernetta Alston and Shelia Ann Huggins defeated incumbent Don Moffitt and Lenny Kovalick in the primary election for the Ward 3 seat on the Durham City Council.[3]
