Leo Ryan, Jr. is an associate judge for the Eighth District Court in Baltimore County, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley in July 2010 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Edward P. Murphy.[1][2][3] Ryan assumed office on August 16, 2010 and his current term expires in 2020.[4][5]

Education

Ryan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Baltimore in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1986.[4]
