Education
Aberasturi received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1989. He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1993.[2]
Career
Before he became a judge, Aberasturi served as a district attorney for Lyon County for six years. He also previously served as a deputy district attorney from 1994 to 2001 for Lyon and Lander counties.[2]
