Leon L. Emanuel III was a judge of the 1st Judicial District in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He was elected to this position in 1992 and was re-elected in 1996, 2002 and 2008.[1][2] He retired on December 31, 2013.[3]
Education
Emanuel graduated from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge in 1977.[1]
Career
Emanuel was appointed to the Shreveport City Court in 1989 and served there until his election to the district court in 1992.[1]
