Biography
Leal earned a B.A. in communications from the University of Oklahoma. He is a business consultant as well as the owner of Abba Staffing and Consulting. Leal also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Baylor Regional Medical Center. He and his wife, Tracy, have three children attending district schools.[1]
