Leonard Eugene Wales
Leonard Eugene Wales (1823-1897) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
He was nominated by President Chester Arthur on March 6, 1884 to a seat vacated by Edward Green Bradford. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 20, 1884, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on February 8, 1897.[1] Wales was succeeded in this position by Edward Green Bradford II.
