Biography
Leonard Fulcher was born in Durham, North Carolina. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 to 1975. He earned a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in 1977. His career experience includes working as an engineer. Fulcher has been affiliated with American Legion and Boy Scouts of America.[1]
