Leonard J. Eiswert was a judge for the Twelfth District Court in Garrett County, Maryland. He served as a judge from November 14, 2008 until his retirement from the court on March 21, 2013.[1]
Education
Eiswert received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in 1965 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1972.[1]
