A Leroy Township Street Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Leroy which is in Lake County.

This measure sought to add to the current street levy by a rate of $.09 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for construction and repair of roads and bridges in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

An additional tax for the benefit of Leroy Township for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets and roads at a rate not exceeding 0.9 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 9 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3]
