Lesia Liss
Lesie Liss was a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 28 from January 1, 2009 to January 1, 2013.
Rep. Lesiao attended Henry Ford Community College, where she acquired her Associate’s Degree in Science-Nursing. She then attended the University of Michigan - Dearborn, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies. She is fluent in Spanish and Ukrainian. She is married to Mark.

Liss won re-election to the District 28 seat in 2010. She defeated Syed Rob and Gloria Sankuer in the August 3 Democratic primary. She defeated Marc Goodson (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2][3]
