Lesley Robinson
Lesley Robinson was a 2016 Republican candidate for lieutenant governor of Montana.[1] She ran on a joint ticket with gubernatorial candidate Greg Gianforte. The two won the Republican nomination on June 7. She was defeated in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Biography
Robinson is a rancher and a Montana native. She was elected to the Phillips County Commission in 2005. She is a member of the board for the Montana Stockgrowers Association, vice chair of the NACo Public Lands Committee, and was elected president of the Western Interstate Region Board in 2014.
Robinson and her husband, Jim, live on a family ranch near Zortman and have one daughter.[2]

Robinson ran for lieutenant governor in the 2016 election with running mate Greg Gianforte.[1] The two won the Republican nomination on June 7. They competed in the November 8 general election with incumbent Democratic Governor Steve Bullock and his running mate, Mike Cooney; Libertarian Ted Dunlap and his running mate, Ron Vandevender; and independents Casey Filler and Christopher Zarcone.
