Lesli Messinger
Lesli Rae Messinger was a 2014 Democratic candidate for Georgia's 1st Congressional District.[1]
Messinger ended her campaign in February 2014.[2]
She was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Georgia. She lost to incumbent Jack Kingston.[3]

2012
Messinger ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Georgia's 1st District. Messinger ran for the seat on the Democratic ticket.[5] Candidates wishing to run were required to file by the signature filing deadline of May 25, 2012. The primary elections were held on July 31, 2012. She won the primary and advanced to the general election on November 6, 2012, when she lost to Jack Kingston, incumbent.[6]
