Biography
Leticia Munguia was born in San Diego, California. She earned a high school diploma from Samuel Gompers Secondary School, an associate degree from San Diego City College in 1992, a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in 1995, and a law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School-Lansing in 2003. Her career experience includes working as a human resources manager. Munguia has been affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management, Chula Vista Democratic Club, Run Women Run, MANA of San Diego County, and EMERGE California.[1]
