Levi Bachmeier is the North Dakota Superintendent of Public Instruction. Bachmeier assumed office on November 24, 2025. Bachmeier's current term ends on January 1, 2029.
Kelly Armstrong (R) appointed Bachmeier North Dakota Superintendent of Public Instruction on October 21, 2025 to replace Kirsten Baesler (Nonpartisan).[1]
