Lidella Wilson Hrutkay
Lidella Wilson Hrutkay was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 24 of the West Virginia House of Delegates.
Hrutkay's professional experience includes working as an attorney and co-owner of Wilson and Hrutkay Law Offices. She was also an attorney, paralegal, and secretary at Amos C Wilson Law.
Hrutkay earned her B.S. in business from West Virginia University in 1983 and her J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1987.

2012
Hrutkay ran in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 24. Hrutkay, Harry Freeman, Larry E. Rogers (Kentucky), Chris Stratton, and Joe White were defeated by incumbent Rupert "Rupie" Phillips, Jr. and Teddy "Ted" Tomblin in the May 8 primary election.[1][2]
