Wyoming: A life sentence passed against convicted of attempted kidnapping has been successfully upheld by the Wyoming Supreme Court. The man, Warren Wayne Rathbun, argued that he should not be charged after a circuit court judge ruling stated that there was a lack of probable cause to support it. The state high court rejected the argument and convicted Rathbun.[1]
