Lila J. Evans is a former Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 16 from 2011 to 2013. Evans was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 16 of the Montana House of Representatives.[1]

Elections for the Montana House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 3, 2014, and a general election took place on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 10, 2014; minor party and independent candidates had until June 2, 2014, to file. Susan Webber defeated Troy Wilson in the Democratic primary. Lila Evans was unopposed in the Republican primary. Webber defeated Evans in the general election. Incumbent Lea Whitford (D) ran for District 8 of the Montana State Senate.[2][3][4]

Evans lost re-election in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 16. Evans ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and was defeated by Lea Whitford (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6]
