Biography

Lillian Salerno was born in Dallas, Texas. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, a master's degree from the University of North Texas, and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University. Salerno’s career experience includes working as a business owner and an attorney. She was appointed to serve as the Deputy Undersecretary for Rural Development in the Obama administration.[1]
