Lima, Auglaize & Perry Local Option Questions, 4 (March 2012)
Four Local Option Questions were on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the designated areas which which are in Allen County.
Three of the four measures were approved[1]
These four measures sought to allow the sale of alcohol in the designated locations as well as on Sundays.[2]

The question on the ballot:
Perry Proposal: Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart Stores East LP, dba Wal Mart Supercenter #3206, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store, at 2400 Harding Highway, Perry Township, Lima, OH 45801 in this precinct?[3] |
