Language on the ballot:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Om Anjaneyam, L.L.C., dba Certified/Shopper Stop/Marathon, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a carry-out/convenience store at 513 S. Pine Street, Lima, Ohio 45804 in this precinct?[1][2]
