Language on the ballot:

“ Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart Stores East LP dba Store 1330, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 2450 Allentown Road, Lima, Ohio 45805 in this precinct[1][2] ”
