Lincoln D. Willis
Lincoln D. Willis (b. November 21, 1975) is a former Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 29 from 2010 to 2013.
Biography
Willis earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary. His professional experience includes working as the Executive Manager of Willis Automotive in Middletown, DE, his family's business.[1]
