Lincoln D. Willis (b. November 21, 1975) is a former Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 29 from 2010 to 2013.

Biography

Willis earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary. His professional experience includes working as the Executive Manager of Willis Automotive in Middletown, DE, his family's business.[1]

Willis ran in the 2012 election for Delaware House of Representatives District 29. Willis ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 11, 2012 and was defeated by William C. Paradee III in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
