Biography

Bernard received her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1970, her J.D. its Law School in 1973, and a LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975.[1] Bernard has been an attorney in private practice since 2001.[1]

Bernard advanced from the primary election on August 7th, winning 13.05% of the vote. She was defeated in the general election on November 6, receiving 23.19% of the vote.[4][5][6]
