Linda K.M. Ludgate is a senior judge on the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Ludgate was first elected to the court in 1989 and retained in 1999 and 2009. She retired at the end of 2012 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70 and became a senior judge.[2]
Education
Ludgate earned her undergraduate degree from Alvernia University and her J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.[3]
