Linda S. Jamieson is a justice for the Rockland County Supreme Court in the 9th Judicial District of New York. She has served as a supreme court justice in the 9th Judicial District since January 2003, first for the Westchester County Supreme Court.[1][2] Jamieson won re-election to the New York Supreme Court 9th Judicial District in the general election on November 8, 2016.

Education

Jamieson received her B.A. from Hofstra University in 1976 and her J.D. from the Pace University School of Law in 1979.[1]

Career

Jamieson began her career in 1980 as an associate attorney of Eugene L. Scancarelli. From 1982 to 1996, she worked as a sole practitioner. She was then elected to the Westchester County Family Court, where she served until becoming a supreme court justice in early 2003.[1]
