Biography

Rogers earned her undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University and her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1990.[1]

Rogers worked as a staff attorney for the Pueblo County Legal Services. She also spent nine years as an assistant public defender in Albuquerque, New Mexico.[1]
