Lisa Davidson (Florida)

Lisa Davidson is a Brevard County judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She took office in 1998. Her current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Davidson received her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1974 and her J.D. degree from Duke Law School in 1977.[1]
Career
Davidson began her career in 1978 as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County. She then served as an assistant state attorney for that county from 1980 through 1981. She was in private practice with the Brevard County firm of Kahn & Kahn, P.A. from 1982 through 1993. In 1984, she joined the Brevard County Court, where she served until she joined the circuit court in 1998.[1][5]
2012 election
Davidson was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[6]
