I am running for walking. That means that I am running to improve the walkability of our district. Walkability increases health and property values.

I am motivated to run for office because I am disappointed in our leaders.

Politics is a competition, and I am the better choice for residents of Texas District 126 because I will focus on a local issue that we can all agree on. Improved livability. Better parks. More connected commercial areas. Expanding green spaces.

It doesn't matter if we elect a Republican or a Democrat for the Texas House District 126. They will use our collective voice to advocate for their national agenda. They will drive us apart as they continue to prioritize divisive issues.

We deserve better, and I am running to try and offer it.

I don't want a shouting match on morals. I want us to find things we agree on and make them happen.

Please support me, Lisa Emerson, for TX House District 126.

Please note, that support me, you will need to sign a physical petition during the primary season. I will need to receive 500 signatures to appear on the November ballot. Visit my website to learn more. Thank you!
  • Move forward where we agree.
  • Build a walkable district. Connect where we live, study, shop, and recreate. This improves health and increases property values.
  • Are you frustrated and disappointed with the attitude and priorities of current political leaders? You can do something about it! I am running to give you an option. You can choose to put your effort into something new. Join my campaign.
