Biography
Lisa Finley-DeVille earned a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Nueta, Hidatsa, and Sahnish College and master's degrees in business administration and management from the University of Mary. Finley-DeVille's career experience includes working as an advocate. She co-founded Fort Berthold Protectors of Water and Earth Rights and has served on the boards of the Dakota Resource Council, the West Segment Development Authority, and the Western Organization Resource Council.[1][2]
