Lisa Gentry is the Seat A representative on the Fairbanks North Star School District Board of Education. Gentry won re-election to her seat in the general election on October 6, 2015.[1]

Gentry resigned from the board in June 2016, due to an out-of-state move.

Gentry is the vice president and business banking relationship manager at Key Bank. She also is an adjunct professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She serves on the Downtown Rotary board of directors. Gentry received her bachelor's degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.[2]

Two of the seven seats on the Fairbanks North Star Borough Board of Education were up for election on October 6, 2015. All seats on the board of education represent the district at-large.

Incumbents Lisa Gentry and Heidi Haas ran unopposed and won re-election to Seat A and Seat B respectively.[3][1]
