Stella is a Truancy Court Program Director at the Elna B. Spaulding Conflict Resolution Center. She attended the University of Minnesota Law School. Stella previously held positions with Triangle Mediation Services LLC, Kismet Crackers LLC, MEMSCAP, Nelson Mullins, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, Caldwell Leslie & Proctor PC and with The Honorable Michael Daly Hawkins. She has been a member of the Dispute Resolution Section and the Public Service Advisory Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association, the 14th Judicial District Bar and the Advisory Committee to Standing Committee on Judicial Independence of the ABA. Stella is also the Vice-Chair of the Maureen Joy Charter School and the Board Chair of the Elna B. Spaulding Conflict Resolution Center.[1]
