Lisa Hardie
Lisa Hardie is a former member of the Oregon Public Utility Commission. She was nominated to serve on the commission by Governor Kate Brown (D). Gov. Brown also nominated Hardie to serve as chair of the commission upon her confirmation by the Oregon Senate. The Senate confirmed Hardie on May 29, 2016.[1] Hardie resigned effective May 23, 2018, for personal reasons.[2]
Biography
After completing law school, Hardie worked in private practice as an attorney, first at Fulbright & Jaworski and later at Heller Ehrman. In 2008, she entered the public sector as an administrative law judge for the Oregon Public Service Commission. In 2013, Hardie returned to the private sector, working for Troutman Sanders LLP. Her particular focus was in administrative and regulatory law in the energy industry.[3]
