Lisa McCormick (Michigan)
Lisa McCormick is a judge for the 30th Circuit Court in Ingham County, Michigan. She was appointed to the court on February 14, 2020 by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) to replace Laura Baird.[1]
Education
McCormick earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.[1]
Career
At the time of her appointment, McCormick worked as director of Michigan's Office of Children's Ombudsman. Prior to that, she worked as a prosecutor in Ingham County for over twenty years.[1]
