Lisa Osborne Bushelman is a former judge on the Kenton Family Court of the 16th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Kenton County in Kentucky.[1] She was elected as a district court judge for the 16th District Court in November 2006 and then assigned to the newly created Kenton Family Court of the 16th Circuit shortly thereafter.[2] She was re-elected in 2010 and 2014. 

In May 2016, Osborne was granted "temporary retirement" for medical reasons.[3] Her retirement became permanent on September 1, 2016.[4]

Bushelman received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and her J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Before she became a judge in 2006, Bushelman worked as an attorney in private practice for thirteen years. She was a partner at the firm of Wallace, Boggs, Colvin, Rouse, Bushelman, PLLC in Fort Wright, Ky.[5]
