Lisa Pacione is a judge of the Superior Court of Kern County in California. Pacione assumed office in 2021. Pacione's current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Pacione won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Kern County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Pacione to the court on July 9, 2021, to replace Louie L. Vega. Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Pacione appointment on July 9, 2021, identified her as a Democrat.[1]
